2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Flat rate of $15.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Flat rate of $25.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays).

3. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions). We will notify you of any delays and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Maiclothing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. 8. Shipping Damage
